Security And Resource Limits
Describe trust-boundary, capability, denial-of-service, data exposure, and supply-chain implications.
Testing And Validation
Name parser, typechecker, interpreter, compiler, backend-parity, fuzz, conformance, documentation, and release checks required for acceptance.
Rollout And Observability
Describe staging, feature flags if any, monitoring, rollback, and release notes.
Alternatives
Describe serious alternatives, including doing nothing, and why they were not selected.
Unresolved Questions
List decisions still needed before acceptance.
